Do the prices include VAT?
All the prices of our Online store appear with VAT included.
When will I receive the purchase invoice?
We send the invoice by email after delivery of the product.
What is the deadline?
The standard deadline is two to three business days. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays.
What's the transportation cost?
Shipping is free within the Peninsula from 50 euros of purchase. For lower amounts see our price table.
What happens if a product arrives damaged?
In the event that the package shows signs of having been opened or damaged, the customer has the right to reject it, for which they must contact Playfunstore's customer service by phone or email.
What happens if the package content is incorrect?
In the case of claims, the customer must contact the Playfunstore customer service center by phone or email.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
The withdrawal period is fourteen days, for which it will be necessary to follow the steps detailed in our General Conditions of Sale, return conditions.
You can use the right of withdrawal described in point 9 of the Conditions of Sale.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations of any order are accepted as long as the shipment has not been made, from that moment you must wait to receive it and proceed with its return.

Is it safe card payment?
Playfunstore guarantees its customers the highest security and confidentiality when making the payment to buy in our Online store, for which the SSL protocol is used. The bank details are encrypted and transmitted securely to the servers of the bank and are subsequently verified with the issuing bank to avoid possible fraud and abuse. Play-funstore does not know or record bank details at any time during the operation.
