All the prices of our Online store appear with VAT included.

 

We send the invoice by email after delivery of the product.

 

The standard deadline is two to three business days. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays.

Shipping is free within the Peninsula from 50 euros of purchase. For lower amounts see our price table.

In the event that the package shows signs of having been opened or damaged, the customer has the right to reject it, for which they must contact Playfunstore's customer service by phone or email.

In the case of claims, the customer must contact the Playfunstore customer service center by phone or email.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days, for which it will be necessary to follow the steps detailed in our General Conditions of Sale, return conditions.

You can use the right of withdrawal described in point 9 of the Conditions of Sale.

 

Cancellations of any order are accepted as long as the shipment has not been made, from that moment you must wait to receive it and proceed with its return.

The bank details are encrypted and transmitted securely to the servers of the bank and are subsequently verified with the issuing bank to avoid possible fraud and abuse. Play-funstore does not know or record bank details at any time during the operation.
